The Chattahoochee Nature Center will celebrate farm to table with a garden party tasting event featuring top-notch restaurants, live bluegrass and southern-style fun from 1 to 4 p.m., October 18 with Harvest on the Hooch at the Center’s Unity Garden.

The event features catering by local restaurants and chefs and includes bluegrass music from Georgia Jug Huggers and Appalachelation, garden games and tours of Chattahoochee Nature Center’s Unity Garden.

The Harvest on the Hooch ticketed tasting event highlights local farm to table restaurants in support of the Chattahoochee Nature Center’s Unity Garden, acreage where healthy produce is grown for donation to local food pantries in partnership with North Fulton Community Charities. This special day also includes kid-friendly activities like corn hole, hula hooping, a scavenger hunt with prizes and face painting, as well as a menagerie of animals such as alpacas, goats and baby chicks.
