This yoga retreat is about bringing women together in a beautiful, supportive environment to deepen connection to self, build and hone a yoga practice, connect with other like-minded women, let go of stress, and rediscover a spark. This retreat will include plenty of: yoga classes with trained yoga teacher & retreat leader Alisa Lewis, daily mindfulness practices to support overall health and wellbeing, freshly prepared organic meals to nourish our bodies, meditative sound bath where you are bathed in peaceful sound waves, herbal tea workshop and tea ceremony, local waterfall hikes, or just relaxing in the hammock by the creek (or both!)

Join SVI for this special yoga retreat in North Georgia at Kaluna Farm, a 160-acre retreat among a beautiful mosaic of fields and orchards with a magical mountain spring at the center. Owned and farmed by Meghan and Ben along with their young family, Kaluna Farm is a true retreat for reconnecting to nature and quiet surroundings while enjoying nourishing conversations and meals. Each day, we will nourish our bodies with breathwork and meditative practices, with organically grown, farm-to-table vegetarian food, prepared with love, and through balancing moments of connection – with nature, with self, and with each other. Mindfulness practices will include meditation, breathwork, intention-setting, physical yoga practice, and intentional savoring with our senses. In addition to yoga, we will offer personal time to wander or find stillness, time to journal or meditate in the serene beauty of the 160-acre farm, and time to gather for unique group activities that generate easy, playful, meaningful connection with the other women on retreat.
