Thames has received extensive training in skincare and cosmetology, herbs, aromatherapy, ayurveda, nutrition and other holistic health modalities. She is also an author, licensed nurse, cosmetology instructor, certified holistic health consultant and nutritional counselor.

Thames is available for phone or in-person consultations, beauty and wellness services, public speaking events and community health education. She utilizes a strong background in customer service and public relations to assess clients’ needs through listening and observing, and is passionate about improving the well-being of individuals and her community.
