Chair therapy, happens on a special chair designed to support the spine and allow easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders, and arms. This type of therapy is usually done over clothing and doesn't require oils or creams. The client sits in the chair, and the therapist uses massage or reiki therapy on various parts of the body. Please mention to your therapist if there are any parts of the body you feel the most pain or irritability.
