Candlelight Restorative Yoga
The Restorative Yoga workshop at Ranesa House of Wellness is held in our beautiful candle-lit retreat, creating a magical and nurturing environment. This is your space to relax, release and restore.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that focuses on restoring the nervous system. It is profoundly effective for people with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, illness recover, neurological issues and over-work. The practice involves props (cushions, bolsters, blocks and blankets) to create well-supported yoga asanas (poses). These restful asanas are held for 5 to 7 minutes while allowing your breath to flow through your body, releasing deeply engrained stress patterns and allowing the body to restore its natural rhythms.
