This deliberate breathing practice improves oxygen circulation, stimulating different areas of the brain to form new neural connections, which enhances consciousness and strengthens self-awareness. Additionally, it facilitates the release of unresolved emotions and trauma. Before our session, please avoid eating for at least 1 hour, and if you wish, you may have a light meal.
