Join us in the serene embrace of our salt cave for a transformative Inner Child Journey Workshop led by the compassionate and gifted Becky Hernandez.

Through guided meditation, gentle Reiki healing, and self-reflective exercises, you’ll reconnect with your inner child—releasing old wounds and rediscovering joy, playfulness, and peace. Inner child healing is one of the most powerful and substantially life change experiences that you will witness.

Connect, listen, feel and transform the lost child within. The group will be guided to connect and explore a part of your soul and spirit that has most likely been forgotten.

Approximately 1.5 hours. Please bring a pair of socks to walk in the salt cave and dress comfortably. All events facilitated by Becky Hernandez include Reiki healing. Please bring a pair of socks to walk in the salt. It can be a little chilly in the salt cave sometimes so feel free to bring any additional items that may increase your comfort.
