Join Patty and Lori for a one-day immersion in chair-supported yoga. You’ll develop skills to deepen your own personal relationship with chair-based yoga, to practice (and teach) a capsule collection of yoga poses with the chair, (including sun salutations, common ‘standing’ poses as well as a calming restorative sequence) and to apply fundamental chair-supported/chair-based yoga principles to your personal needs and those of your students.

Most importantly, you’ll develop an understanding of the yogic principles of ease and accessibility, and how yoga with the chair supports these fundamental values.
