A full-body listening experience to help you reach a meditative state or simply relax for the joy of it!

The deeply immersive listening experience of a sound bath can help you de-stress and relax, calm your mind, sleep more soundly, feel less pain, boost energy and creativity, and feel more positive.
Please arrive hydrated, and bring a mat, blanket, and pillow, and whatever else you need to be comfortable. For ages 16 and up.
