Children ages 10 and up welcome when accompanied by an adult.  Join certified Reiki Master Felicia Holden for a “Reset with Reiki and EFT Tapping” Event in the Himalayan Salt Room focused on anxiety and stress etc. Reiki combined with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) are methods of healing that complement one another and provide a more holistic approach to healing and well-being. During this event, Felicia will begin by describing and demonstrating how to practice tapping. EFT is a simple yet effective technique that involves tapping various meridian points on your body with your hands while speaking affirmations. Tapping can be used to address a wide range of physical and emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, stress. She will walk you through the steps with affirmations. She will then have you rest on your mats while she guides you through a relaxing meditation. While the medicinal salt flows through the Himalayan salt room, she will approach each person individually and share Reiki energy. Afterwards, you will be offered a warm cup of calming tea.
