During the session, you will rest on thick yoga mats with cozy blankets, pillows and bolsters. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any additional comfort items. Afterwards, enjoy a calming cup of tea. Please arrive 10-15 mins minutes early, as doors will close on time.
