What to Expect: Yoga & Sound Bath: Ease into the new year with a gentle yet invigorating yoga class led by Malik Khalid, followed by an immersive sound bath with Shawn Moore, designed to help you release, reset, and renew. Refreshments: After the session, enjoy complimentary light refreshments courtesy of The Westin Peachtree Plaza, where you can connect with fellow participants in a relaxed, scenic setting. Important Details: Arrival: Please arrive by 9:45 AM to check in and settle into your space. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. What to Bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. Additional props are optional, but feel free to bring any that enhance your practice (such as blankets or eye pillows for the sound bath). Cost: This is a free event, open to the public as part of AMADOR’s mission to build community through wellness. Registration: Limited spaces are available!
