Start the week with focus, clarity, and abundant energy in the Salt Room as a gentle flow of Reiki and mist of medical grade salt bathes you. The Reiki activates your inner healer and raises your vibrations, while the salt soothes and cleanses the skin and sinuses. During the session, Eve Smith, Reiki Master Teacher, will direct healing to the group and each individual. As you lay on a yoga mat or sit in the soft embrace of the salt, Eve caters the energetic healing to each client from a distance as well as by occasional physical touch for those that are comfortable with it. She will also occasionally use the Quartzophone, a fine crystal instrument, to open and align the chakras.
