Yoga, Breathing and Meditation

Yoga helps you to connect to yourself deeper, finding the stillness within. Our class is designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection between your mind, body, and spirit, and to enhance your overall well-being.
In addition to physical movements, we'll also focus on the breath, which is a vital component of yoga and meditation. You'll learn how to use the breath to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity.
This class will start with energizing yoga asanas, followed by uplifting of the prana thru pranayama and ending with a short calming meditation.
