Set off the new year with intention during our vision board workshop. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to reflect on the past year and ponder your desires for the year to come. After a short meditation on aligning with our higher self, you will create a physical vision board complete with affirmations and mantras. We will close out the workshop with a relaxing sound bath to seal in the vision you have created. All materials will be provided.
