Chakra Dance, led by Stephanie Colletti, is being offered from 1 to 2:15 p.m., February 1 and 15 and March 1, 15 and 20, at the Marietta Center for Yoga and Well Being.

Chakra Dance is based on sacred dances found throughout the world. Focusing on the chakra system (energy centers of the body), this fun and soulfully inspired dance experience rejuvenates and rebalances body, mind and spirit.

Colletti is an empathic Reiki master, holistic lifestyle writer, published author and founder of Sacred Circle Healing & Dance. Her love of dance began at 3 years old, when she was introduced to ballet and jazz. As an adult, she trained in Oriental, folkloric, tribal and hip-hop fusion dance under the direction of world renowned instructors. Colletti’s love of energy healing prompted her to become a certified Usui Reiki master.
