Bazaar Bizarro Brings Farm Festival to the City - Rescheduled to June, Check-back for new date.

Slow Food Atlanta will host the second annual Bazaar Bizarro, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., May 4, at Gaia Gardens. In collaboration with Love is Love Farm and East Lake Commons Co-Housing, this fundraiser is a family-friendly country fair in the city that celebrates local crafters, artisans, circus performers and musicians.

The festival includes games for all ages, hayrides, Maypole dancing, kids’ activities, photo booth and face painting; aerialist, trapeze and juggling performances from Infinity Circus Productions; and local bands including Christ, Lord!, Lily and the Tigers, Emily Kempf, Woven Pines, Chlorohpyll, Uncle Daddy and the Kissing Cousins, Dusty Roads, Ishcabittle, Peter Webb and more.

Culinary offerings from Farm Burger, Community BBQ, Dumpling Girl and King of Pops. coffee, soda, beer and lemonade will be available. An array of artisans will show their wares, from finely cured meats to baked goods.

Guests are encouraged to bring a receptacle for water, hats, sunscreen, appropriate shoes and a blanket. No pets are allowed.

All proceeds go to benefit Slow Food Atlanta.

The cost for admission is $20 for adults (12 & up) and $12.50 for children under 12.   5 & under are free.
